It captures the events of United Flight 93 the 4th plane which was hijacked on 9/11 and was crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania when onboard passengers foiled the terrorist plot. No movie can be as close to reality as this one is. It captures the terror and plot so damn realistically that you feel you are a part of the plot itself. Splendidly crafted. Absolutely amazing. I chose Battle Royal. Again a pretty unconventional story line. A bit unbelievable too. Its about 42 ninth grade students who have to fight for survival on a deserted island under strict surveillance and rules of their teacher. The movie I must say has a very gripping screenplay, emotions are well portrayed and tension is decently maintained. I would also like to say that its a pretty violent movie with blood and gore shown explicitly. Its about a person David Gale (Kevin Spacey), who has dedicated his life as a campaigner against the death penalty against the Govt. Ironically he finds himself on death row after being found guilty of the rape and murder of his own fellow anti-execution campaigner and invites a reporter (Kate Winslet) to review his story in his last three days.
